The Community Kite Project for Gaza invites community members to participate in the creation of 21,907 origami kites bearing the name and age of a Palestinian child killed in the last 23 months. This project raises funds for families and is a way to collectively grieve and remember and honor each child. This is a family-friendly event with music, refreshments, poetry and crafts. 4-7 pm on Saturday, July 11th.
